This motorhome is a 1978 GMC Palm Beach edition. Only one owner. Original title.
Vehicle made it cross country with two adults and four children. It was completely remodeled in 1996 with new interior, appliances, sink and shower stall, rebuilt engine and exhaust, and a brand new paint job. There is not a scratch on it, immaculate exterior condition.
This vehicle has been garage kept since the remodel in 1996. it has not been out of the garage until this year, summer 2023. It has been up on jacks, Not a drop of rain has touched the exterior. Unfortunately the interior has incurred some damage from mice and realistically has to be remodeled due to smell not visible, cushion damage Which would include anything that has fabric on it, rug/ seating.
The microwave/ refrigerator, shower and sink, table and cabinets have never been used and in immaculate condition with instructions still in place.The Engine has been rebuilt in 1996 the same time that it was remodeled inside. It has approximately 400 new miles on the rebuilt motor. We have started the motor and it does Run. There are 2 new batteries we put in there for engine and the generator. Carburetor has been cleaned and new fuel pump installed.Obviously mechanical and engine parts have to be replaced. (Spark plugs ext. Including engines hoses, the gas tanks have to be dropped and cleaned, there is an airbag that is not holding air for the right rear shocks. The air conditioning does work as well as the ONan generator. The tires are in great condition since it was up on jacks. We have video of both the generator running and motor home driving.

Just want to be clear that this vehicle will have to be towed. In this condition It is not in drivable condition to go down the road unless multiple things are fixed. We are not storing it and we are selling it as is. We do not want to make any repairs to the vehicle either. It is a sad time for us because we do love the motorhome but just do not have any more need for it. All the kids are grown and doing their own thing and we would like it to go to a great home For other people to enjoy it just like we did for all those years.
