mattress has plastic still wrapped around it because we used a memory foam mattress topper. You will see attached window sticker with features & price. We have only actually lived in it 5 months since we bought it.

Can be towed to your lot or leave it here in Harbor Belle RV park in Punta Gorda, FL. You would need to apply with park to leave it here.
