Our beautiful Kodiak Ultimate trailer has been used only 6 times in 3 years (which is why we're selling it). Absolutely everything works perfectly. I've had a 2nd AC unit installed by the dealer, a solar panel, King DTP4950 Pro Satellite installed and 2 Dish Wally recievers, added a 32" TV in the bedroom along with an upgraded King size mattress with storage under the bed frame. Also a great 26" x 60" cargo slide so you can reach items without bending into the pass thru. Also storage trays underneath for any items you want. (I keep sewage/waste hoses in them). I've added a locking battery box with a solar charging panel on top, 2 top of the line RV/Marine batteries. Has 4 stabilizer jacks. I'm including the sway bar items, the heavy duty hitch, both top of the line from the dealer. It has 2 firplaces, a large "hidden" pantry. We are including all our dishes, etc, along with the myriad of waste hoses and fittings, 50 amp cord and 30 amp adapter. We installed a heavy duty rack on the back to carry a generator. We are including the NEW, NEVER USED Westinghouse IGen4500DFC generator that has not even had oil or gas added. It was taken out of the box and was stored in my garage for 2 years and a high end locking cable. The trailer has always been covered by a roof. This unit is exceptional and you'd be completely ready to go, nothing to buy extra.unless you need a new truck to pull it! :)
