Have replaced coach battery, tires, kitchen & bath faucet, toilet. All these extras will save you from having to purchase them after buying an RV, a big expense before hitting the road. The dinette tabletop apparatus was broken, have replaced with wooden table, but saved former top. Bottom lock on cabin door is broken, upper lock is working. Otherwise in great shape, have had roof resealed along with regular maintenance.
