The ultimate couples coach! 3rd couch can be removed for a formal dining table in the passenger side slide.We will be sad to see this go, selling to move into our dream home. Extra large bedroom with opposing slides, king bed and tons of storage as well as washer and dryer prep. Huge living room with overlooking huge kitchen! Solid surface countertops. 58 inch tv. Sun and black out shades. Still in amazing condition. Roof like new, new tires 5 months ago, bearings packed. A/c’s are fully ducted on roof so they are not as loud as the tradition units. Lots of storage underneath the 5th wheel as well. Tanks and hot water just serviced in the last 3 months. Comes with extra propane tank and battery as well as brand new reverse osmosis drinking tap-not installed. All accessories including leveling blocks, power cord and adapters. All seals in great condition. Both couches in living room pull out for extra sleepers! Rv washed and waxed 3 months ago! Still looks like new! Underbelly was cut open and patched to replace black tank lever in Dec 23’ by a RV tech. Ready to full time in!
