Trailer is a 2018 rather 2017. Own a beautifully made (Amish craftsmanship) with solid wood cabinetry and one piece aluminum shell. Very well maintained teardrop trailer. Vintage retro styling. Has been kept garaged when not in use. Extra insulation installed under trailer by previous owner. Bearings redone recently, tires are good. So easy to pull and maneuver. Perfect for a solo or couple. Stand up kitchen with Dometic stove (one burner will not light), sink with running water, Alde hot water/heating system. Heat available even when trailer is winterized (currently), 3 way fridge that works well. AC, TV, radio/CD/DVD player. Fan/Vent. Currently one battery is installed but space and wired for 2 batteries. Shower with glass door and a flushing toilet. Queen bed very easily converts to a couch and 2 seats with lagun table. Can have a single twin bed with 2 seats and dinette as well. Very versatile.

Capacities: 11 gallons fresh water/ 19 gray water/ 8 gallon black tank. Electric brakes and I will throw in blue tooth brake controller and the installed blue tooth back up camera. Perfect for a first time travel trailer owner. My little family has outgrown it with the addition of a grandchild.
