We just don't have the time to use it right now and we only used it once to visit some family! It was recently serviced/inspected by a certified service center and is ready for the road. 

This is the perfect size for a family of 4 that doesn't want the hassle of a 30'/ + trailer, but still needs some comfort and plenty of beds. It's super light and easy to hitch and tow and we are including a brand new hitch stabilizer system. We also replaced the factory mattress with a new Queen that has not yet been used. There are 30amp extension cords and adaptors, water filters and fittings, and more that are included so that you can start using it immediately.

We need this gone and are considering any reasonable (but serious) offers. In regards to pricing, I have done some of the legwork already and you can see that we are trying to get it to a new family quickly!
