2017 Leisure Travel Van Unity 24MB Murphy Bed

After six years traveling in our Unity LTV, it’s time for us to move on. Triple E built this 2017 on a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter chassis. It was painted Ice Silver with Clay Leather interior and Chestnut Cherry woodwork with Mirage trim. Other options include Alcoa Bright Aluminum Wheels, Fan upgrade that includes Thermal Controlled Fantastic Fans with Rain Sensors in the Galley and Lavatory. It has 200 W Solar Panels. A 3.6kw Onan LP Generator with auto changeover switch. Electric Stabilizer Jacks. Macerator and Surge Protector. In 8/19 the front tires were changed to Michelin Agilis All Weather Cross Climate. In 10/21 the four rear tires were also changed to Michelin Agilis. In 2018 I added a brake controller in case we were to pull a trailer with electric brakes. We ended up never pulling a trailer. I'll include a receiver extention for your use. A Dupont 2 stage Drinking Water Filter and separate faucet was added. We added real sheepskin seat covers to the cab seats. They are very comfortable and protect the Ultraleather. We also added the optional slide table that fits between the two coach chairs. It provides a place to sit while another may want to remain in bed. Great use for coffee, snacks and laptop. The LTV has been well maintained with oil changes done twice as many times as recommended by Mercedes. Replacement cost of this LTV for 2024 would be about $215.000. There is a small crack in the Fiberglass on one lower storage door and small stone paint chips on the front bumper. When not in use it has been stored in climate-controlled caves where the year-round temperature is 63 degrees. Extras include: stainless backsplash on the vanity sink; Paper towel holder; grab handles for easy access to the cab; storage baskets in the fridge; propane gas grill; large CGEAR sand-free exterior mat; 20A & 50A service adaptors; insulated light-blocking curtains between the cab & coach; leveling blocks front & rear; factory cab carpeting along with Weathertech rubber mats; two hoses for water fill and clean out; insulated covers for exhaust fans.
