2021 Rpod 189 Hood River edition. Condition is excellent. Used for 90 total days since purchase in July 2020. It includeds the exterior protection packagage which prevents fading. I paid $23,677 @ purchase.

Comments:
1. The only issue is the front left jack is slightly bent. I never fixed it because it still goes up and down just fine and does not affect anything to do with the leveling of the Rpod. You can get a new one on amazon for $50. Its only a couple bolts and 5 minutes to swap out

2. Never gone #2 in it we always use campground facilities so toilet is still nearly pristine!!

3. I added heating pads to the 3 tanks (fresh, grey, black). They are wired into to a standard plug which you can plug right into the electrical outlet on the side of the RPod. I did this so there were no freezing issues when the weather gets cold. They keep all the tanks at like 40 degrees. I have camped when it was 9 out at night and the tanks did not freeze. Just a nice option to have and they are not visible and require no effort to use.

4. Aslo included will be brand new sewer discharge hoe (last trip we lost the old one on the freeway!), yellow plastic leveling lifts, 2" ball hitch, wheel chocks, pad on bed (very nice and greatly improves mattress quality), travel kurig coffee maker, rubber exterior entry mat for under steps, Electrical cord for connecting to camper, 30 AMP plug, inline water purifier cannister, electric warming garden hose, cable/satellite cord.basically everything you need to pull up to a KOA and your ready to go!

5. No kids have ever been within 200 feet of this thing

Features: exterior slide out stove and sink (removable if you want more storage space instead), retractable awning, exterior LED lights, interior and exterior speakers, radio with bluetooth, cable TV, screen door, convection microwave, large refridgerator, AC, heat, thermostat, water tank monitoring system, CO2 monitor, gas stove, exterior slide thru storage under couch, 2 batteries, propane tank, interior vaccum, ample storage, electric jack, bathroom vent and fan, tall shower (I can stand in it @ 6'2"), slide windows with screens, spare tire. Probably more i can't think of off the top of my head

No major/noticeable damage, scratches, or scrapes on anything.
