It's time for a new owner to make some lasting memories in this well loved coach. We are the original owners to this 2005 Beaver Santiam. Over the last year we have replaced the rear AC unit, Front and rear TV's, replaced the power patio awning motor, new automatic roof fan in main living space,resealed all the windows,replaced all the sink facuts and installed a Custom Bra on the front. She could use alittle TLC. Some minor scratches on rear side by light, one window is fogged on the passenger side, one interior blind in the dining area also needs to be replaced and some wood on driver side wall is damaged from a window leak that has been resolved. Everything is in working condition with the exception that the interior generator switch just stopped working. Batteries and tires have been well maintained and coach was last used in October of 2023. We have an extra basement slide out tray that we never installed that will go with the coach. We have loved this coach for many years and are sad to let it go, but time for a new venture. The coach is currently winterized and can be seen anytime.
