Desirable and hard to find size is very easy to drive and park, but still feels roomy inside! Odometer shows 68,400, but I had a new Ford e350 v10 short block installed in January 2023 after the original engine threw a rod. The new engine has about 100 miles on it, and still has a year left on the factory warranty - paperwork included. All original appliances and systems work fine, including all electric, plumbing, and waste systems; rooftop A/C (new fan motor installed 09/2023); propane hot water heater; 2-way Norcold fridge/freezer; microwave; propane stove/oven; and a generator. I have the manuals for everything. I've been full-timing for the last 2.5 years, and it did great in the cool, rainy PNW, southwest deserts, and the humid gulf south. I did a lot of boondocking, and I found that I could go a full two weeks as long as I was careful with water usage. Also includes some new leveling ramps (still in box), a countertop toaster/air fryer, and a small suitcase solar panel with an inverter that you can use to trickle charge the house batteries. I put two new sealed AGM house batteries in last summer - no need to hassle with checking water levels. The only known issues are the awning (still works, but it's not in great shape) and the cab A/C (the driving one, not the rooftop) that only blows hot air - I'm not sure if it just need a recharge or if there's something else going on. Buyer must have an account at a bank with a local branch where we can conduct the sale. No online payments or cash sales. Vehicle history report (clean) available by request.
