Very well kept 2017 forest River Berkshire 43b bunkhouse with 450hp Cummins, Allison transmission & tag axle. Steer tires replaced year or so ago and rears in excellent shape. Around 41k miles and may change as we use occasionally. Onan 10k watt diesel generator with around 1300 hours and recently serviced. 
Engine oils and transmission fluids serviced recently. Engine and generator fluids changed every 5k miles since I’ve owned it. 

Exterior ceramic coated last summer. Always stored indoor when not in use. 
Interior furniture was replaced due to oem peeling issues. Currently has theater seating. New carpet throughout also. 
Heated tile floors. Mostly electric unit and 3 roof AC with 2 having heat. 
15k tow hitch and rv tows our 28ft enclosed with toys like a dream. 

Kitchen slide cylinders recently replaced along with all sliding awnings. All maintenance up to date and most I’ve done so won’t have much for maintenance reports as shops charge too much and the maintenance on this unit is easily done. Rv has been very reliable other than a serpentine belt shredding on a trip. Otherwise we’ve had zero issues with this unit and has never left us stranded! 

Replaced all 4 coach batteries 16mo ago or so and went with expensive upgraded Agm batteries for boondocking trips. They work well along with the auto generator setting! Unit will go an entire day on just battery power even running fridge. 

Rv in like new condition and ready to roll. We bought a lakefront home and just don’t use it like we used too. 

Washer and dryer in master and unit has aqua hot system.  Water heater runs on propane. Rest of unit is electric. Electric fireplace and it works well in cold temps. Electric heated tile floors throughout. 

Bunk beds fold for easy storage and can make that into a closet or office if wanting. Our kids loved the privacy the beds provided when traveling! 

Bays have sliders for storage. Undercarriage lighting and outdoor tv. Wet Bay Area is well layed out and dumping is easy with this unit. 

Unit has 6 tvs total and is easy to entertain with this unit! Recently replaced auto dish for approx 3k and it is wired for DIRECTV currently but can easily be switched to dish. Park anywhere and this dish gets signal instantly!
