This Ember Overland 170MRB has a LOT of features uncommon in the travel trailer world. There is a fully independent, coil spring suspension, which reduces jarring to the structure and contents, and provides better clearance when towed on unpaved roads or even on rugged terrain. The hitch allows you raise or lower the receiver to match the ball height on your towing vehicle, which means you won’t need an adjustable hitch on your towing vehicle! There’s even parking brakes for each of the two tires! 

It does have solar!

There are two sofas that fold out to provide sleeping room, and even a murphy bed that folds out for a roomier sleeping situation.  The two propane tanks and the battery are enclosed in steel compartments to discourage pilferage. 

Another nice feature is a powered awning, which acted like it was new when we opened it, which it might have been. This Ember was bank owned when we bought it, and shows signs of very little (if any) use. 

The window on the front helps air circulation on a nice day. It opens on adjustable supports to get fresh air, and there is an insect screen and a privacy screen.

 The materials quality inside are nicer than many other brands. It’s so nice inside, you have to see it to believe it!

This Overland is 20.5 feet in length, 8 feet wide, with a dry weight of only 4180 pounds and a GVWR of 5,460 pounds, so you won’t need a monster truck to pull it. In fact, many mid-size pickup and SUV models can handle this one.
