Fun RV - we did not use it nearly as much as we thought we would - we just moved closer to the grandkids! Feels very large when the slides are out. Easy to drive. Would make a great full time live in - "Tiny Home." We have used this as a "Guest House" when family and friends visited which means there is more wear and tear than would be normal for such low mileage.

Note: There is a soft spot under the vinyl flooring by the couch. Price reduced $1000 due to this.

3 TVs, outside shower, full basement and tons of storage. Awning works, AC Blows cold.
