Well taken care of, maintenance done regular, smoke free, pet free, 1 new battery, could use 2 new house batteries but still works great just time to replace them , automatic leveling, all appliance's refrigerator stove microwave and heat/AC unit works excellent, no tears in furniture or awnings, small fading in a few spots on outside but still very clean and good condition, tires are 2 years old , no water leaks, taking on long trips every year , short trips at least once a year , 2 tvs and 1 dvd player, stored inside when not in use , roof in good condition good seal no leaks , generator has low hours on it, we love traveling in the RV very comfortable to travel in just don’t have the time to get the use out of it as we should and wanted. 
Sleeps 6 , and has 2 slide outs (first slide out is the couch/fold out bed location , 2 slide out is the table that folds down for another bed , in the back is full size bed with sliding door for privacy ,  lots of storage room and has a back up camera and tow hitch
