The 2022 Wildwood Grand Lodge 42FLDL is a luxurious home away from home. My wife fell in love with the tall ceilings and huge windows that let in lots of natural light, but the kitchen amenities sealed the deal! What’s not to love about an island with a double sink, a skylight, residential Wirlpool refrigerator/freezer, full-size gas cooktop/oven, built-in microwave, tons of cabinet space, and a walk-in pantry.

The kitchen is open to a dining room and large front living area with a 50” HDTV, indoor/outdoor sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, a 42” ceiling fan, and fireplace. The electric fireplace has multiple flame color settings for ambiance or to heat the entire RV. We used the fireplace a lot during the winter which drastically reduced the amount of propane we were using. The living area also features stadium recliners and an extra wide sofa that doubles as a queen size bed.

The bathroom includes a 50” walk-in shower, a modern vanity, plenty of storage, and a 20-gallon electric water heater! The master bedroom has a luxury, cooling gel king size mattress, a large dresser, a double closet, and Dual USB Ports by the bed. The washer/dryer and central vacuum system makes cleaning and laundry a snap. The unit also has 2 high efficiency a/c units (operated independently) to keep you and your guests cool.

Our grandkids love the double lofts upstairs giving them each “their own space”, plus bedside outlets and USB ports keep their electronics charged for endless entertainment. The rear loft contains two twin beds and lots of storage space. The loft over the bathroom also has additional storage and a double bed bringing the total sleeping capacity to 8. Don’t have kids or grandkids? No problem! The loft areas can also be used for extra storage.

This grand lodge is currently located in The Cowboy Capital of the World, Bandera, Texas. It can be moved to the location of your choice, or you can move-in right where it sits by the Medina River with a beautiful deck and lots of shade trees (monthly RV Park rent would apply).
