"Monty" has served us well while my family of four (and multiple pets) lived in this RV for 15 months during 2 winters and 1 summer in Virginia, and we made so many good memories while being completely comfortable in all weather. This RV fits all our needs for interior space, privacy, extra bathroom, comfort, and entertainment. We sold 2 recliner sets to make extra room for an office and bunk with storage, adding more shelves and organizational space to accommodate full-time living.

Queen bed master suite is up front, rear den in back has 2 single bunks, an electric heater fireplace, bookshelf, space for a full-size office/school desk, and additional space for extra bunk and storage. The middle room is the kitchen and living/dining room with TV and sofa/sleeper, dining table with four chairs, and electric fireplace.

I kept the RV well maintained with scheduled washing, waxing, weather seal protection, and rubber roof conditioning. Despite the 15 months of constant living in the RV, it's very clean and with minimal wear.

Kitchen has french door fridge/freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, and island with sink. Also, included is an outdoor kitchen with 2 burner gas stove and microwave. On the back is a large folding luggage/bike rack.
