We purchased in 2018 and have since put 31K miles on it touring all but 14 of the lower 48 states. MH is priced lower than others it's age due to clear coat peeling issues and a desire to sell and not because any known mechanical issues- it runs great. We were planning to live in the MH but our life plans have changed preventing that from happening. Our last long trip was in 2023 to PA from TX- 3600 miles- no issues.

Dash A/C recently serviced
All blinds replaced with residential day/night shades and interior has been recently painted.
New carpeting installed 2021- new shower and 2 bathroom faucets. Dash cover.
Refrig/freezer cooling unit replaced with DutchAire high efficient compressor- fast cooling and no risk of fire- see JC Refrigeration website
Microwave convection oven- works great! Three burner stove
Air bags replaced in 2021- Bilstein shocks installed 2019

Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain tow hitch included- 6000lb capacity
Fuel injection system (CAPPS and lift pump) replaced 2018. New muffler
I have plenty of maintentance records for review, regular oil, coolant and trans oil changes. Also have Newmar binder with all key system manuals.
