Purchased new in June 2017 from Van City, ST. Louis MO. Have spent most of our travels up and down the east coast and in our beautiful Florida State Parks. Leisure Travel Vans are quality RVs. One has to only step inside to notice the difference in the “fit and finish”. Among the several Unity model floorplans the Murphy Bed (U24MB) has been one of most popular. The spacious lounge area converts into a bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed. In addition the “residential size” private bathroom is on par with coaches much larger than the nimble 25’ Unity. It just feels good to be in it plain and simple.

The coach has been kept under cover, has been well maintained and is in very good condition. New tires (Michelin Agilis Crossclimate) and front end alignment were installed in Spring 2023. All maintenance records, personal maint log as well as the Unity Owner’s Manual, Equipment/Components Binder and Mercedes Benz Chassis Manuals are all available.

There have been no animals, smokers or accidents. It has a clear title.

An Inspection was performed on 02/14/2024. The Inspection Report, Carfax and Brochure are available upon request.
