We bought this unit from a friend of a friend's Estate sale. Brother of the friend's friend lived in TN and used it once after picking it up from a FL dealer. The unit was housed in a Warehouse in TN til we purchased it in September of 2022. We drove up the I-95 corridor to New England and visited family and friends, and then took a round and about way back to Oregon. Since returning to the Mt Hood area of OR, the unit has visited OR, WA, ID and Mt on short trips. The unit has been parked in our driveway near Mt Hood. The required Sprinter Service A and Service B have been performed by the Wilsonville, OR Mercedes dealer. They also performed the Parking Brake and Software recall notices. RV Country in Sandy Oregon has inspected and winterized the unit both in 2022 and 2023. The propane generator has only 2 hours of total use, so it's in great condition.
This unit is ready for travel. Just needs you and your supplies. There is ample storage inside for kitchen goods, food, clothing . There is one large external storage area as well as four smaller storage bins. The two AMG house batteries are new as of April 2023. We purchased the Mercedes Extended warranty which extends the Sprinter warranty until 100,000 and 5 additioanl years (2027). The warranty covers Mercedes Roadside Assistnace and Tow for warranty issues. Willing to sell this as an additional cost, else we will get a refund from Mercedes for the unused portion.

This Unity 24MB is fully optioned. The Sprinter part is a late production 2019 and but the veicle is considered to be is Licensed as a 2020 because of the Unity production in April 2020. Includes the Propane Genererator and Macerator Waste removal. 450 Watts of solar.

The 24MB has the Murphy Bed and is the Unity’s flagship floorplan: with its spacious interior it’s easy to see why. Featuring the optional patented Leisure Lounge Plus, a larger than queen-size 68" × 76" murphy bed, a pop-up 40" Smart LED TV, curved European cabinetry throughout, and a washroom to make any Class A envious. the Unity MB24 is one big “little” motorhome. These lounge chairs are super comfortable. The murphy bed is easy to take down and put up.
