But unfortunately, life happens and we need to find a new loving family for it. It is in mint condition and we hate to see it go. I have taken very good care of it. It will come with all the extras (ball hitch, stableizer, hoses, awning on pop-out, bike hitch on back bumper etc). There is no reason at this time for us to keep them so they come with the RV.

This RV can also be used in the winter. You will have heat, refrigerator, stove and electric depending on your campsite for lights, microwave, TV, radio. You would need to bring your own water.
