Bought new in 2019, the trailer was not used enough, but when we were able to use it, we had a very comfortable stay. We normally dry camped when we got out but did do a couple trips to the coast where we plugged in. The trailer has a 50amp service but I do have the reducer so you are able to use 20amp sites. I have a camping mat that covers the area of the awning. The awning has LED strip lighting. The trailer has electric or propane water heater, it has washer/dryer hookup in the closet if you want to hookup a unit. It has a full size fridge, very nice! with ice maker! I've actually made ice dry camping in the woods! The fireplace also heats besides great ambience. There is a TV in the main living room and also in the bedroom. A pair of lighted, massage, heated recliner chairs, very comfy after hiking all day. full queens size bed with serta matress. Forced air heat and AC. 3 slide outs, awning, front and rear levelers, everything is electric, no manually cranking anything on this trailer. I have a three battery system that runs the cabin for 24hrs when running heat and lights and such, a lot longer in the summer when there is no need for heating. Two batteries run the refrigerator at dry camp for 12hrs + before needing to recharge. Also solar charge hookup on trailer is available with existing plugins to increase battery life. Both fridge and cabin can be ran with one battery a piece (stock), just shortens the time for recharge. Plenty of room in the bathroom with a full shower and also there is an outside shower for washing yourself or fish, whatever you want. It has the zero degree extreme insulated package, the trailer has heating that runs under the flooring as well so you don't have freezing of pipes either. This is a very nice trailer. It has always been taking care and kept clean. There isn't anything broken on this trailer. We loved it!
