Nice 5th wheel toy hauler. This camper is very spacious with two pull outs. Living room area, nice kitchen, full bedroom, bathroom and a half bath. Includes a loft and a big bed that comes down from the ceiling in the "garage area". Also in the garage area is an eating area with seating. The water heater is gas and electric and works perfectly. The air conditioners (one in bedroom, one in living quarters) are new. We had the axels, and hangers rebuilt and reinforced for a very smooth and safe travel. The auto leveling system is incredible And the Onan generator is the best. Also upgraded plumbing to the gray tanks, and bathroom by a licensed plumber. .
