Off grid setup! We purchased this to live in while building a home but we bought a built home instead. 2.1 kW of Renogy lightweight flat solar panels, currently running on a Bluetti AC 300 with B300 battery that powers the trailer @ 30amp service, any other portable power system that can run a 30amp plug will hook right up, I also replaced the factory battery that powers all the lights and slides when unhooked from shore power or truck cable on 2/25/24. In pictures you’ll see we hooked up the flush toilets again but we never used since we used composting toilets, those are available for an extra $1,000 if interested, they’re Natures Head brand, very well known, very thoroughly cleaned and in storage. New tires last year as well as suspension/bushings/leaf springs/brakes replaced, recent service, everything runs as it should, in other pictures you can see everything that also comes included, front kingpin support, JT strong arm landing gear stabilizers, mini fridge and mini freezer, current fridge is dual propane and/or electric, giant bean bag couch, recently painted white interior, Panda mini washer and separate dryer plumbed in the master bedroom closet, two flat screens, sewer drain pipe, 30 and 50’ 50 amp cords with any type of connector/adaptor and surge protectors you’ll ever need, rear removable car jack stabilizers for rear bumper and I’m sure a bunch of other stuff. Master bedroom has no bed, battery and controller not with sale but could be negotiated. The truck in the pictures is also for sale, it’s a 2021 Ram 3500 long bed dually Laramie with 60k miles, camel leather interior, giant 12” touchscreen display, heated & cooled seats, whole cab running boards, roof rack for kayaks/paddle boards, truck box and 5th wheel hitch all included, selling separately @ $60,000. Willing to sell together for $90,000. The truck has new tires, brakes, resurfaced rotors, oil change, fuel filter change, very nice condition, more bells and whistles than any other vehicle I’ve ever owned, pulls this trailer like a champ and even rides better when doing it. Not in a hurry to sell the RV but more motivated on the truck. RV currently in storage, we would have kept it but we can’t get it up our narrow roads, would make a great boondocking adventure home, that’s what it was intended for.
