l2016 Forest River Georgetown XL. We bought it in November of 2020 with 8,116 miles on it. It sleeps 2 on the queen bed in the master, 2 on the dinette, 1 on the L-shaped couch, and 1 above the cockpit. We have added a medicine cabinet and corner storage cabinet to the bath and upgraded 3 window treatments. We also reupholstered everything you sit on. We also replaced the dinette benches with more practical ones. It has an Arctic package allowing a longer glamping season.
We have enjoyed the fireplace on those cold mornings. It has a residential refrigerator and 3 burner gas stove and a combination microwave and convection oven. We put new Michelin tires on when we got it. It is plumbed and wired for a combo washer/dryer. It has an outside TV for watching the games with fellow glampers. It has a Onan 5500 generator with 852 hours. No pets and no smoking,
We have put 14 and a half thousand miles on it in spite of me having 4 surgeries in the last 2 years.
We are selling it to upgrade to a unit with a bath and a half due medical issues. The last photo shows where we store our RV, under cover and plugged in to 50 amp power.It is in EXCELLENT condition and ready for adventure!
