It's in pretty good shape and to my knowledge does not have many miles on it. My neighbors bought it after the Camp Fire of 2018 to live in while they built their house. After their house was finished I bought it thinking I would go camping with it but I decided I didn't really trust my truck to pull it on long trips. My truck is an F250 deisel which towed it effortlessly but it has 250k miles and had been stalling randomly so I just didn't trust it and don't want to buy a newer truck. So it has sat in my driveway for over a year. I like that it is not very long but feels spacious inside. I believe everything is working well but I've never used it except as a guest room. It comes with an Equalizer hitch which needs to be set up for the specific tow vehicle. There are also various hoses, cords, chocks, blocks and stuff included. The tires have like new tread on them but I don't know their age. There's a couple of flaws. There are some tiny holes in the awning but not enough to be a problem. There are strips on the ceiling between panels that are vinyl covered. That vinyl has shrunk a little and is puckered. I'll try to include a picture. Overall a pretty nice trailer but I don't have the truck to pull it. Just discovered that the sound system isn't working so reducing the price another $500. Jensen makes a similar unit that sells for about 250.
