This camper includes the slide awning which is less than two years old and the main awning that is also 2 years old. The vents on the top of the unit include the max air covers. Interior lighting upgraded with an interior slide light that changes colors. Sofa openes up for sleeping and arms fold down for multiple laying options. With the windows tinted the interior temperatures during those hot days have been reduced. This camper comes with the tirelinc prep unit, leveling pads, living room and bedroom tv, grill, potable water hose, weight distribution hitch and a power cable. Refridgerator includes a cutom fan to circulate the air and prevent stagnation and varied temperature. Toilet replaced with a foot flush model. Water heater maintained and electrode replaced recently. We are providing most of the equipment as they are redundant to our newer equipment to provide something that is as close to ready for camping. Will include the winter cover with the trailer.
