This is a 2007 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 37C with 22,530 miles located in North Central Arkansas. It can sleep 6 - 2 in the queen bed, 2 in the queen sleeper sofa, and 2 in the converted dinette. The outside of the RV is in above-average condition as is the inside. The Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc.) All appliances are in working order. This coach is approx. 37'6" foot according to NADA. It is built on a Workhorse GM chassis with a 6-speed Allison 1000 transmission. The holding tanks are enclosed between the upper and lower basement floors so they can be heated in cold weather to help prevent freezing. The basement storage features aluminum doors, lined with molded plastic so you can hose the compartments out. They are also individually lit for after sunset. The basement has EZ Store Compartments which are the perfect place for very long items such as fishing poles or ladders. They move with the slide-outs so you don’t have to stoop underneath.
