This was the last year DRV manufactured this before it was bought out by a bigger manufacturer, this year and older is thought of as better quality among Mobile Suites owners and I would agree after living in this full time. Mobile Suites is one of the only 5th wheels designed for full time living. What does this mean? WAY better insulation, construction, quality of materials, etc. The walls and floor don't feel like your typical thin/cheap camper. Holds heat well in the winter and stays ice cold in the summer. Doesn't wobble or shake, it's very sturdy. Residential quality appliances and gadgets. It's much tighter than other campers, with less points of intrusion for bugs and things.

This 5th wheel has a rear living layout and four slide-outs. Unit has been well cared for and is in very good condition inside and out.
