This New Aire is the 3543 floorplan which contains most features available for the 2020 year. Those features may be found on the Newmar website. If you want a copy of the build sheet, I can supply that for you. After getting this RV I have added a few items. These include new tires, new batteries, a new mudflap, Magne Shade custom front, driver side and passenger side window sun shades, wheel covers, and a Magne Shade awning screen which has never been used. Also, an exterior paint protection package was applied in February 2023. Also new are windshield wipers, vent covers, and a Winegard Travel'r Dish Satellite System. I also purchased an 84 month Tire and Wheel Service Protection Plan which may be transferred to the new owner for $40. Obviously at purchase time, I had no intention of ever selling this RV, but health issues have forced this sale. It is loaded with many very nice features. This is a nice used unit that will serve you for many years. I have had it service regularly at my local Freightliner dealer.
