This 2016 Reflection 323BHS is the perfect fifth wheel for a family! It has a BRAND NEW ROOF on it (as of Jan 2023.) Our inspector found a soft spot on the roof when purchasing and the dealership agreed to replace the entire roof, which is unheard of. That is about a $6000 repair and really ups the value and lifespan of this unit! Over the course of the last 10 months we also installed a new water heater, put on new tires and replaced one of two of the AC units that was not blowing as cold as we preferred. We also installed a Pentair in line water filter. We personally stayed in the fifth wheel for a few months but did not get to travel in it. We recently moved and do not foresee being able to travel with it any time soon so we want it to someone that will enjoy it! Perfect for full-timing or travel. Sleeps 6 comfortably: Two in the main bedroom, 4 in the bunk room. Could easily replace the couch with a pull out to comfortable sleep two more there if needed. Reach out with any other questions!
