This is a super clean bunkhouse model with a single slide-out that sleeps 10, allowing you to make wonderful family memories! The Reflection 150 Series with the Turning Point 90-degree turn radius pin box allows for towing with a 1/2 ton (150, 1500, etc.) pickup truck. The unit has beautiful finishes and comes with a 40" flat screen TV, central ducted air and heat, gas/electric water heater, gas/electric refrigerator, a 20 ft. awning, and an outdoor kitchen with refrigerator and a two-burner propane stove. Grand Design built this with the extended season insulation package. The self-leveling system is a joy to use and makes camp setup and packing up a breeze! This model has three large storage areas: the front area behind the hitch; the large front pass through; and a huge rear storage area. This model comes with five-year transferable ultimate extended warranty and paint protection warranty. Slide-out maintenance was completed in the fall of 2022. Roof sealer was applied in June of 2023. Wheel bearings have been repacked every year. We're including a Swagman DISPATCH RV Approved Hitch Mount Bike Rack and bike cover - a $500 value. Although we love our high quality Grand Design RV, after seven years of RV'ing (this is our second RV), we've decided to 'change directions' and move on to different adventures! So, we're also including all the hoses (water and sewer), connectors, cable TV lines, electrical adapters (50 to 30 amp and 50 amp to household plug), wheel chocks, leveling blocks, and outdoor rug.
