For sale is our wonderful 5th wheel trailer. We are the original owners and have maintained the trailer well. All components work flawlessly. The trailer has 2 AC units, central heat, and an electric fireplace. It has an auto-leveling system that sets you level at the push of a button. There is one master bedroom and one smaller bedroom/movie room. The master bed is a queen, the loft bed is a king, the larger couch pulls out to a queen, and the smaller couch pulls out to a full. It sleeps 10 people in beds. The fridge and freezer are enormous and stay ice cold even in hot weather. The stove and oven work great, though we've noticed things need about 5 extra minutes to cook in the oven compared to a conventional house oven. The trailer has storage compartments everywhere, countless small cabinets inside and a very large storage space underneath that is accessible from both sides of the trailer. The master bed lifts up for another large storage space. The trailer is equipped with plumping and electrical for a clothes washer/dryer, though we never purchased one during our ownership. The shower is large and comfortable, even for taller people. The AC units were serviced in July 2022, the septic tank was serviced in October 2023, and the hot water heater was serviced in December 2023. The trailer is 42'x13'x8'. Overall this trailer has been amazing for us and would be great for full-time living or traveling in luxury.
