Interior: Good
Customized for living.
2- A/C's. 2-Maxx Air Fans. 2-TV's. Fireplace. Tons of storage. Upgraded queen mattress less than a year ago. Trust me you will sleep well. Overall, some dings and knicks. Biggest thing is the vinyl floor has 2 minor tears in the L.R. They've been glued down and we use a carpet. Never see them. Hasn't bothered us. We removed the u-dinette and replaced with couch and side tables. Very nice nuetral wallpaper to brighten liv. room and provide some contrast to the darker wood, curtains over the pulldown shades, etc. Replaced Happy Jack seats in back with motorized standup desk. Composting toilet

Exterior: Good
Again, a couple nicks here and there that you would expect from a used RV but you'd have to look for them. The worst thing is the awning. we've professionally cleaned it but it has mold stains. Works great, just not attractive. Probably needs replaced if it bothers you.
