2014 Miramar with extremely low miles and has always been stored in an enclosed building. All windows have ceramic window tint including clear ceramic on windshield. All of the furniture has been reupholstered except for the recliner that we took out but still have, and the driver and passengar seats but they have seat covers on them. The electric steps do not currently work. One of the closet mirrors in the bedroom has a crack in it. We are the second owner as we purchased the RV from a high school friend who bought it new. He added many upgrades at the time of purchase one being a larger fridge, and we have all the original paperwork. Very well cared for and maintained. It has never experienced a water leak. The exterior full body paint is beautiful. There is no carpet in the RV at all. It has a very nice outside TV as well as one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The outdoor shower has come in handy on many of our trips. We would be willing to consider leaving many of the accessories that we have purchased over the years that fufilled our RVing experience.
