This ultra-light 21’ travel trailer is being sold by the original owner. It has been lightly used (a few times a year) by two non-smoking adults that had no pets. It has been well cared for so is in excellent condition with the upholstery like new. It was stored under cover most of its life.

This trailer was manufactured in Penticton, British Columbia, by West Coast Leisure Homes in May 2003. The 5 layer laminated panel construction of the exterior walls, ceiling/roof and floor is made up of fiberglass, plywood, high density Styrofoam and steel reinforcing. The exterior joints of the entire structure were professionally re-done in early 2023. The suspension system includes 2 axles and 4 brakes with a towing monitor. You may wish to add a towing monitor to your vehicle.

It is 21’4” long, 7’4” wide, interior height is 6’4” and overall height is 8’8”. The freshwater tank is 35 gallons, grey water tank is 38 gallons and black water tank is 22 gallons. Factory dry weight is 2,693#, wet weight is 3075# and gross vehicle wet weight is 3,890#. All the original specs and operation manuals are included with the trailer.

The fresh water tank has an automatic pump, a 6 gallon hot water heater and grey water and black water holding tanks. There is a 12V battery and breakers for the 12V system in the trailer. It is charged by the alternator in the tow vehicle. There is a JRV Micro Monitor that allows you to monitor fresh water, holding tanks, and battery charge levels. There is a gas furnace that has a wall thermostat. The refrigerator, which has a freezer, is dual electric or gas, and there is a 3 burner gas cooktop plus a hood fan with a light. There are two propane tanks. There is a vent fan in the bathroom and a whole house ventilating fan with variable speeds in the main living area. A new smoke alarm and CO2 detector were installed early 2023. There are several convenience outlets in the trailer, one positioned in the kitchen cabinets to accept a microwave. There is an AM/FM radio with a CD player. The trailer has a wide awning.

The bed sleeps two people, and the table in the seating area can be lowered and the cushions rearranged to create a bed that will sleep two people. The bathroom has a vanity cabinet with a sink, a shower and toilet. There is lots of storage for food, clothing and equipment.
