Our greatest memories together as a family have been traveling across country in our RV. This RV has many upgrades to make it super easy and enjoyable. New front tires, new brakes, new ball joints, new AC unit, new slide out motors, new awning with buitl in lights, new toilet, new mattresses and new water filtration system. It has all the comforts of home, 2 TVs, cable or antenna hook up,plenty of storage, large pull out pantry, power patio Awning, radio , sound system, automatic Leveling, two powerful AC units, inside & outside shower, and driver & passenger seats that flip around to the dining area.There is a minor 6 inch crack at the bottom of the front windshield (no longer cracking)Everything's in great working condition! Sleeps up to 9 featuring a King Bed with VERY COMFORTABLE MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS, Bunk Beds with MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS, and loft bed above driver seats. Pull out couch turns into a bed, and the dinette turns into a bed. The Master Bedroom has a solid pocket door too close for privacy. This is our third RV and some of the main reasons for specifically selecting this RV was the one extremely large slide out that gives you a lot more living space and makes it feel so much larger than other RVs the same size, this one lard slide out on the drivers side allows for a very large awning on the passenger side making it super nice to be able to fit a picnic table and chairs in the shade or protected from the rain. We are very particular about our RV and would fix anything that was even close to wearing out before it broke and had to deal with something broken while on a trip. For instance the most recent was an inspection of the tires, suspention, brakes, etc. All were mostly fine and didn't need replaced, especially the king pins but had them replace everything just in case. This RV is on the Ford V10 chasis and engine, the same used for the commerical trucks expected to get 500,000 miles so the higher miles look relatively high compared to other RVs because most people don't use them very often but the reality is this RV is in just as good of shape as other low mileage RVs but obviously much cheaper because of the miles. therefore, the value you get with this RV is significantly better than most.
