This RV looks and feels practically brand new. I've only decided to sell it in order to purchase a Class C, which better suits my needs as only a weekend RVer. I will first say that it has been stored indoors since it was purchased and has been well-cared for. It has full-body paint and is equipped with a full-length side awning and window awnings. The exterior also boasts an outdoor TV and entertainment center. It is also equipped with a propane hook-up for your outdoor grill. The propane tank capacity is 20 gallons. As for the interior, this RV is a bath and a half model and contains a powered drop-down full-sized bed in the front. The bed in the main bedroom is a residential queen size (60X80). It also contains a wrap-around couch, which opens into a jacknife bed. As is standard, the dinette table also converts into a small bed. This unit has an electric fireplace just below the 40 inch main TV. It also contains a washer/dryer combo in the main bedroom. In the kitchen, there is a residental refrigerator, which is strictly electric and has no propane option. The stove has a small oven while the microwave is also a convection oven. In addition, this coach has a deep and spacious pantry. The half-bath is equipped with a porcelain toilet, sink and a medicine cabinet, while the full bath also sports a roomy shower. The bedroom has a 32 inch television, which brings the total number of televisions in this coach to three. This all sits on a Triton V10 Ford chassis with slightly less than 15000 miles. After purchasing this coach, I added a tow package as well as a steering stabilizer and sway bars to the front end for a smoother ride. I also added a small removable table in between the front seats, for added convenience while camping. All ammenities such as the exterior awning and the leveling jacks are fully automatic. It is equipped with blue-tooth audio but has no built-in GPS system.
