This is a 2015 Mercedes Benz chassis with a Forest River MB24R Forester Package on it. All recalls are up to date and all maintenance is current. New tires have less than 2,000 miles on them. In very good shape and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it in any way, that we are aware of.
Queen bed in the bedroom is in the rear slide out.
The sofa/sleeper in the main area is in the side slide out.
2 TV's, one 110v in the main cabin (very large) and one 12v capable in the bedroom.
Let me talk about the 1 cosmetic disappointment here at the beginning. The original seats are naugahyde (I think) over a fabric backing. The fabric backing is completely intact, but the vinyl covering is cracked up and chipping away. Weird. We have seat covers over them.
Refrigerator that the freezer reaches 8 degrees F.
Arctic cooling package to keep underneath water fixtures warm in cold weather.
Heater and air both work excellent.
30 amp system.
2 rear stabalizing jacks and includes several types of levelers for the front wheels.
Awning complete with accent lighting and exterior TV hookup capability.
Loaded with storage both underneath and inside.
Gets 15 mpg at 2200 RPM which is 62 MPH and 12.5 pulling 2 heavy motorcycles on a trailer.
Generator has just over 100 hours on it.
Toilet is separate from the shower.
Water heater works excellent.
Lights come on when the closet doors are opened.
Front captains chairs turn 180 degrees to allow facing backward to visit. They also have "booster" pads which sit in the seat so you do not feel like you are sitting on the floor.
Very nice stereo package which plays throughout the cabin.
Microwave/convection oven combo.
Propane cook top.
Heavy duty tow package and we will include the Blue Ox car hauler which came with it, which we have never used.
Sewer hose extension with a rack for it to sit at an angle in.

We purchased this from some dear friends when the man died and they were meticulous in their care for it. We have treated it with the same kid gloves as those we bought it from.
