RV has 6,100 miles and no dents or exterior damage of any kind. It does have two small rock chips on the windshield that have been repaired. All maintenance & servicing performed by Jayco factory authorized dealer. Unit is stored at a covered facility and plugged in. Current registration valid thru 05/24 (in process of renewing to 5/25). I have the factory provided manuals and information packet.

This model is the first year with updated Ford chassis, instrument cluster and motor. The new 7.3L V8 is a significant improvement over the outdated 6.8L V10. As part of the update is a new instrument cluster and steering wheel/controls. Specs: 33ft, wheelbase 228”, GVWR 22,000. Two ducted A/Cs; 15K BTU w/ heat pump and 13.5K BTU. Onan® Marquis Gold Genset 5,500-watt generator w/ auto start. 1,000 watt inverter. Residential Fridge. 10-Gallon aluminum water heater (propane/elec).

NOTE: I still have an outstanding loan, and therefore buyer must be comfortable with waiting for the title. Anticipate apx. 4-weeks after sale. The title is clean, no accidents, damage or loss (I have Carfax report).

OPTION1: Since we are no longer able to RV all the miscellaneous RV accessories, equipment and supplies can be included for anyone starting from scratch. Surge protector, water and sewer hoses, pressure regulator, folding chairs, portable gas grill, and many others.
