This is a beautiful 2017 Jayco Greyhawk 30x Coach located in the Cincinnati area featuring full body paint in Autumn Air on the exterior and Cappacchino on the interior. The mileage is quite low at just over 13k miles. This coach is on a Ford E-450 heavy duty chassis powered by a 6.8L SOHC EFI NA V10 Gas engine. Regular maintenance has exceeded manufacturer recommendations. My wife says "Why not sell it TurnKey?" So, why not?? What could be easier (especially if you can't wait to find warmth)

This Greyhawk 30x model has one large slide out which opens up the interior making it quite spacious. On the exterior you'll enjoy the ease of fully automatic Equalizer Systems Levelers, an Onan 4kw generator, an electric awning and a lifetime roof* along with JRide which makes driving this unit extremely comfortable and very stable on the road. There is a Bauer electronic lock (yes, you can use a key if you like) on the front door, an onboard propane tank along with an upgrade so you can attach external tanks. The full water center is located to the rear on the driver's side.

Inside you'll find a great color scheme and beautiful wood cabinets. In the rear is the Master Bedroom. We upgraded the mattress a couple years ago. The shower and toilet are in their own room independent of the bathroom sink. The kitchen area has a propane stove and oven along with a separate microwave. It has a large refrigerator that runs on either propane or electric. There's a kitchen table that can be made into a bed and two leather recliners and a spacious loft over the cab area. My granddaughter absolutely loved this area. She called it her own apartment! Oh yea, there is a 32" TV and we replaced the sofa with two rocker/swivel recliners (it's so much easier watching TV in these!). I almost forgot, there is a separate a/c in the Master Bedroom and a brand new a/c - heat-pump* in the main living area. A skylight is over the kitchen table area. On chilly mornings you can either use the heatpump or opt for the propane furnace which makes it nice and toasty inside in just a couple minutes. Our coach is currently located in the Cincinnati area.
