This Rv is in prefect condition. Absolutely no issues mechanically. Did have a leak on passenger side window it was sealed up and no longer an issue. Brand new hot water tank and heater just installed summer 2022. Furnace is electric very hot heat, super cold ac. Fridge is electric and can also run off the generator. Stove is propane. Generator was never used so it has ton of hours and runs great.The propane tank is also full. Has one large slide out which gives so much extra room when open. Automatic jacks. Only 38,000 miles. Well maintained and cared for. We are only selling this unit because we don't travel like we originally thought we wanted to. We instead got a permanent site and would rather just put a travel trailer on the site. The rv runs and drives beautifully. We drove down to FL and back very nice smooth ride. No issues while driving we enjoyed the east coast scenery and being able to just relax and enjoy a beautiful road trip. Wish we were able to travel more this is an awesome rv for traveling.
