This one owner coach has been lovingly enjoyed by our family since new in 2018. Owner is a certified RV repairman & inspector and has gone above and beyond all maintenance recommendations. This includes regular roof, AC, generator and mechanical upkeep. It can sleep up to 8 people in the King size bed, the hallway bunks, the sleeper sofa and the drop down cab bed. The King size bed has a brand new, 8” memory foam mattress. The gas motor, a Triton 6.8L V10, has 27,000 miles clocked. All electronics have been upgraded. This includes TLC HD Roku televisions throughout, Bose sound-bar in the outdoor entertainment area and 10 inch pioneer stereo receiver in dash which is wireless Apple CarPlay compatible. The coach features one touch auto leveling and a single super slide for near effortless setup, most of which can be done at the touch of a button on the remote control. It is also equipped with an updated Renogy 3000w inverter to keep your refrigerators cold and your televisions showing without needing to use the 5500w Onan generator. The front captains chairs swivel around into the living space, doubling their usefulness and adding to the seating area. A dining table can be stationed between the chairs for meal time. There are solid surface kitchen counters, three burners on the stove, and a residential fridge with an ice maker. The custom, built in entertainment center adds ample storage for children’s toys, office supplies, gaming, library or pet storage. Aside from the front chairs and belts, there are two seatbelts for the couch, and two seatbelts under the bench of the entertainment center. The bunks in the hallway can comfortably sleep two, convert into a closet and storage area with hanging bar, or could make a good pet kennel zone. This coach has ample indoor and outdoor storage to take advantage of its large rating for cargo carrying capacity. Bathroom has a lovely skylight in the shower for added height and an upgraded Oxygenics Fury shower head. On the outside, there is an outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen, a TV on a manual swivel, quick propane connection and a legless lateral power awning with integrated LED lighting. The coach does have some minor cosmetic blemishes but has also been tastefully updated to better suit the needs of a family.
