Less than 10 years old.  This park sits next to a very busy highway(30,000 vehicles per day) It has a fishing pond, windmill, solar panels that pump water and 14 10x10 storage units for long term stays. The park is surrounded by pine trees and has many other trees in park to include almond, apple and pecans. There is an office building, shower/laundry building, mobile home and 3br/2bath house. This is on approx. 4+acres which has two septic tanks also. Most sites have 20,30,50 amp service and 24 of the 27 sites are pull thrus most are approx. 130-150 feet long, three are back-ins (to the pond) Temperature average is 50 degrees-winter and 85 degrees-summer.

Whitesands National Monument just 15 miles to the West; The space museum is just 3 miles away along with the IMAX theater. There is the solar observatory (Apache Point) about 20 miles up the hill at approx. 10,000 feet There are pistachio, grape and pecan groves nearby. Balloon festivals are a couple times a year; one is the second week of September. There are several rodeos and fairs during the year.

There is also an Electronic message center (Digital Sign) 3' x 14') on edge of Park, next to highway: that advertises it's amenities plus is used for selling RV's Etc. On consignment (worth approx. $12,000.00); it is programmed via computer.
