The Llano River RV Park has a contract with the LCRA to purchase up to a maximum of ten acre-feet (3,258,510 gallons) of raw water per year from the Llano River. The contract will expire June 30, 2010 but may be renewed at that time with the consent of the LCRA.

The Park comes with a 2008 gas powered golf cart, a 2007 commercial zero turn Dixon riding lawn mower, a John Deere riding lawn mower, push mowers, and a commercial weed eater.
