Cutoff in Gakona, AK.

135 miles northwest of
Valdez, 143 miles south
of Delta Junction, and
125 miles west of Tok.

enjoys 740 feet of
frontage of the majestic
Copper River and is
adjacent to the
Wrangell-St. Elias
National Park and
Reserve, the Largest
national park in the
North America. It has 20
RV sites with full
hookups ( electric,
water and sewer), 18 RV
sites with electricity,
and 5 dry RV sites.
There are also 15 tent
sites, some with
firepits, some in
secluded areas, some
right along the Copper
River. Included is full
Laundry Facility with 6

showers and restrooms.

"cook house", including
commercial grade range

refrigerator, and common
kitchen utensils and

is wheelchair
accessible. A unique

3 "Igloos" - 2 of them

adults, the other sleeps

restroom. The largest
Igloo is quite
impressive in size,
towering 37 feet high,
and boasts a 5236 square
footage inside. It is
not complete however,
permits are included for
full completion. This is
a great potential
building for a Bed and
Breakfast/office/gift
shop. Another building
on site is the current
office cottage, a two
story detached building
with kitchen, bathroom
and one bedroom
upstairs, totaling
approx. 800 square
footage of living space.
