lot in campground in West Jefferson, NC. Large covered deck on front
of camper. The camper has a super slide in the den/dining area and
slide out in bedroom. Full size house type refrigerator in kitchen,
oak cabinets. This camper is on a nice size lot with shade trees.
The campground is small with only 14 campers on site. The rental fee
is 950.00 a year and the camper does not have to be stored in the
winter. It stays on the lot. All you have to do is winterize.
Campground opens April 15 and closes October 31st. Camper is
decorated in sage green. One bedroom with sleeper sofa in den. China
cabinets built in and even enough room in the den for a large
recliner chair.
