1991 35 Ft Dutchman Travel
Trailer $12,000 with Heavy Duty Equalizer/Sway Control Hitch This
Travel Trailer has been remodeled and is in very good condition. We
purchased it last year and traveled in it full time for the past
year. We recently bought a motor home and so are selling this
trailer. It has been thoroughly gone through and the following items
were installed NEW last year, carpet and vinyl flooring throughout,
Laminate Countertops in kitchen and dinette, New drapes, New
refrigerator, New 35,000 BTU Furnace and new Registers, New Flush
Toilet with sprayer, New Faucets in kitchen, bathroom, and shower,
New foam and upholstery on couch, New upholstery on dinette, New
tires and rims (about 7,000 miles now) New Propane Regulator and
hoses, New light fixtures throughout the whole trailer, New Smoke
and CO detector, New Fire Extinguisher, New Battery, AM/FM CD Stereo
System. Other features that were cleaned up and are in good
condition include 4 burner gas stove and oven, stainless steel
kitchen sink, wood grain and linen look wall panels, oak kitchen
cabinets including large pantry (at least large for a trailer) under
dinette storage, 40 gallon freshwater storage, 6 gallon electric/gas
water heater, This is a great floor plan with a Front Bedroom with
queen island bed, hallway and bathroom, kitchen and dinette in the
middle and a living room in the back. Large clothes closet in the
bathroom, overhead storage in bedroom and living room as well as
throughout. We lived in it full time for over a year and it was
great. Also included is a NEW spare battery, Propane Leak Sensor
that is not installed yet, It will need a queen size RV mattress. I
