I bought this as an already nice minnie. A whole lot of work along with many many upgrades have gone into this thing. I have lived in it for the last 6 months and made sure that everything is in tip top shape. I wouldn't even hesitate to eat something off the floor of this thing. All carpet and interior cleaned with a professional solution. (mean green machine) Interior is very very clean and is in great shape. Everything works (heard that before?? well you'd be doing me a favor to find something faulty because I've been looking to replace anything I can find). Truck has strong engine, runs as if new - only 48,000 miles. Tires in great shape. I crank it weekly and drive it monthly. Generator run once a week for about 30 min. A/c is cold, all pluming inspected/repaired, no electrical issues, current inspection, all lights, gauges! , everything works. Way too many upgrades to list but some of the better things are: -new toilet (tall) -roof in great shape, just applied two overcoats of uv blocking paint (keeps it really easy to cool in the summer) -Back bedroom converted to a queen/king size bed -10" dvd player mounted in bedroom -new main battery -backup camera - kinda gets bad reception though (its wireless) Things you may not like about it: -since I live alone, the dividers (doors) between the bed/bath/living room taken out because it made a lot more space in there. -exterior paint a little faded due to age. -its still mine Please, if you have any questions call me (Hunter) anytime on my cell at 386-748-4919.
