1988 Allegro 37’ Motor Home with Full Tub/Shower The Motor Home was purchased in Sept. 2006 with 70,763 miles on it. It has 454 Chevy Motor that was rebuilt as well as the Transmission (American Transmission). Although this is a used coach, all the prior owners have been exceptional with the Maintenance and Upkeep of the motor home. The coach did have a drip leak (in 2007) at the top front (roof) window on left side, but was fixed immediately and has not leaked since. The previous owner sealed the roof with Cool Seal in 2006. The following is a list of many other things that have been done to maintain the coach: New: (Third owner before I purchased) Front Roof Air, Motor for steps, Awning New: (12/05/03) Norcold Refrigerator, TV antenna, toilet flush mechanism, bathroom fan motor, motor home hitch, and (2) Roof vents New: (03/14/04) Samsung Microwave- 1.3cu ft. New: (04/07/04) three deep stow NAPA Batteries for generator and inside coach lighting New: (06/02/04) Two Front tires, Lower Ball Joints, Firestone Coil-Rite Air Bag Kit , Blue Ox True Center steering Strut with Brackets, Tire Balance, Tighten Bell cranks New: (05/26/05) Generator (6.5 Onan) P.C. board and has regular service but hour gauge does not work, Full Inner Spring Mattress (sleep City) New: (03/06/06) Front Calipers (Both Sides), Brake Pads, Brake Hoses, Wheel Bearing repacked with Grease Seal New: (09/2006) Flooring- Tile in Bathroom floor, Real Cork in Living room and Kitchen floor, and new Berber carpet in Hall and Bedroom. All Upholstery shampooed, All Drapery washed, new Counter Top in Bathroom New: (06/05/07) Duralast start up Battery Has outside storage for a Gas Grill with hose Hookup, but I do not have grill. Has 4 Burner gas Stove, Front and rear Propane Heater, Propane Hot water, Lots of underneath Stowage.
